Abstract: The first part of this article presents characteristics of the market of postal and courier services in Poland, its segmentation and regulations to which they are subject to. The following chapter introduces results of the research concerning the quality of cooperation of the online shops with postal and courier services in Poland. The focus of this part is on the most frequent problems and vast commentary of the authors.
