Abstract:
This paper is a review of nitrate pollution attributable to agriculture in the United Kingdom and its regulation policy. Nitrate policy is described and critically reviewed within a national and European context. This is a paper from the Ecological Economics discussion paper series edited by Clive L. Spash and run from Stirling University from 1994 to 1996.
