Abstract: In order to understand the common policies implemented by European Union for ensuring the political and economical integration,it is necessary to analyze the European Union Budgetary Expenditures, which are reflections of such policies. In this study, EU budgetary expenditures during 2007-2010 period are reviewed as major topics. Common Agriculture Policy Expenditures constitute more than 40% of the Union budget for the given period. This is followed by Cohesion Expenditures on regional policies by 35%, which will enable the Union to achieve growth and employment goals when realized. It is also noted that Competitiveness Expenditures for Rural Development and Environment as well as Growth and Employment have remarkably increased.
