Value Appropriation in Cooperative Networks

Abstract: Co-creation of value is inseparable from its capturing by the various participants in the network. While the quality of the cooperation determines the co-created value, the value appropriation strategy of the participants affects the quality of the cooperative efforts. The paper presents the theoretical framework concerning value appropriation in cooperative networks, as well as model of strategy based on the concept of intellectual property modularization
