Abstract: Researches in a field of the world experience creation of small hotel enterprises are conducted in this article. There are both used normatively-legal acts and statistical information which allowed the author to draw a correct conclusion about the level of small hotel business development in Ukraine.Foundations of creation small hotel enterprises are proposed.
