Financial market in Russian Federation – selected issues

Abstract: Authors of the study aimed to analyze the structure and some of the figures of the financial market in Russia. This choice of one side was dictated by proximity to Russia and relatively little knowledge about the financial market of the country, the other huge potential that lies dormant in the sphere of economic life of the Russian Federation. This study attempts to characterize this market and determine its segmentation. In later it was brought closer to the origins of the market and the main stages of its development. Finally, a selection of figures for this market. The authors relied on the two segments, ie, the capital market and foreign exchange. These values ​​outside the function also enables information to compare trends in the Russian market with those that accompany market in Poland.
