Time-management function in the distributed decision-making system

Abstract: The article is devoted to formalization and monitoring of administrative activity. The authors propose instrumental research of the processes of manager’s time using. The research of authority delegating system and its influence on the processes of decision-making is the next aspect of analysis. The main purpose of the article is to achieve more transparency of administrative processes, to promote the efficiency of their planning and organization. Some indicators proposed in the article make available the diagnostics of time-costs in the decision-making system.
