The introduction of quality management tools in the Romanian public administration

Abstract: This paper aims to provide an assessment of the introduction of quality management tools (Common Assessment Framework-CAF, Multi Annual Modernization Program-PMM, Balanced Scorecard and Benchlearning) in the Romanian public administration, after the fall of communism in 1989 until 2012, necessary to carry out the administrative reform process.
