Abstract: Αντικείμενο της παρούσας εργασίας είναι να διαπιστωθεί ο τρόπος με τον οποίο επέδρασε η ύφεση στο καταναλωτικό προφίλ των νοικοκυριών αναλόγως του εισοδήματος και του ύψους των δαπανών που πραγματοποιούν σε μηναία βάση. Κατά δεύτερο λόγο στόχος της εργασίας είναι η εκτίμηση εναλλακτικών κατανομών του μέσου ετήσιου Δείκτη Τιμών Καταναλωτή (ΔΤΚ) για την περίοδο 2008-2011 για κάθε κατηγορία νοικοκυριού ανά κλίμακα εισοδήματος και ανά κλίμακα δαπανών. The aim of this study is to determine the way in which the recession impacted on the consumption profile of the households. Secondly, we estimate the average annual Consumer Price Index (CPI ) for the period 2008-2011, for different categories of households according their income and expenditure
