Philosophical implications of the managerial efficiency

Abstract: This essay tries to give answers to several questions that humans think trough centuries about the efficiency. For that, proposes a glossary that can be a good help to readers because introduces the concepts that the author used. Were necessary deep bibliographic revisions about historic evolution of efficiency that its philosophical root can be the “cause” or “causality” with the Greek philosophers are ahead. The principal conclusion it’s that efficiency has a lot of philosophical implications like ontological, axiological, epistemological, ethical and morals, for the people promoters of the company efficiency must take good care the basic human principle, the dignity.
