Abstract:
During the international cooperation in various areas (economy, policy, culture) there is a constant impact of various cultural standards. In given article attempt to analyse a role of cultural standards in personalmanagement in the international area, as well as a possibility of increase of an overall performance of employees of the international enterprises on the basis of experience of the Western Europe is done.
