Institutional environment for public-private partnership in Ukraine:Do institutions really matter?

Abstract: Public-private partnerships (PPPs) have become a popular means of implementing public investment projects across the world. Many governments have been using PPPs to implement and realize investment projects concerning highways, power plants, hospitals and other fixed assets. This paper provides a survey of PPPs practices implementation in Ukraine considering PPP as a socio-economic institution.
