Elka Vasileva
MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
The paper analyzed the limited number of studies related to the administration through total quality (TQM) in Bulgarian organizations. The possibilities to make these models by Japanese quality prize “Bosei”, established in cooperation with the Japan International Cooperation Agency and University of Tokyo, Japan in 2008, are discussed in the study. The basic principles, award criteria and processes for the evaluation of candidates for the award are presented.
