Abstract:
The objective of our study is to examine the normative circuit of supply of petroleum products in the Region of Adamaoua with regard to frequent shortages of stocks and the proliferation of smuggling products in that Region. As such, we identified markets and actors of this circuit according to their activities: exploitation, refining and distribution. On the other hand, one proceeded to the diagnosis of the system to reveal the handicaps before envisaging some perspectives for improving its efficiency.
