Performance Measurements of National Industrial Strategy (NIS) For Saudi Arabia

Abstract: This paper suggests ways to measure the performance of NIS implementation in order to reach its goals by the end of 2020 by selecting a specific industry as an example. This paper seeks to study NIS goals which are supposed to meet by implement the eight axes of the strategy. In this paper, I will discuss the current situation of the Saudi Arabia’s Industry and determined the strength and weakness of it.
