Polish abstract: Artykuł przybliża techniki efektywnego wykorzystania nowych środków komunikacji do osiągania celów organizacji pozarządowych. Przestawiony standard obejmuje cztery elementy: sieciowe narzędzia współpracy i zarządzania projektami pozarządowymi; zalecenia dotyczące organizacji i korzystania z e-wolontariatu; zasady netykiety; strategie marketingowe. English abstract: The paper presents techniques for efficient use of new means of communication to achieve the objectives of non-governmental organizations. Reset standard consists of four components: network collaboration tools, project management and NGOs; Recommendations on the organization and use of e-volunteering; the rules of conduct; marketing strategies.
