Abstract: The aim of this paper is the analysis of hotel management by means of hotel franchising contracts under the Spanish normative regulation. The study is carried out considering the scope of hotel chains and includes a comparative analysis of alternative hotel management contracts. A detailed analysis of the strengths and weaknesses of these contracts is presented for this purpose.
