Abstract: In the article the theoretical and organizational questions of construction of system of complex natural resource and economic accounting are analyzed, SEEA as a part of the system of national accounts. Also we analyze the international organization of collecting macro economic data, operating in OECD and Eurostat, this paper explores the main tables (accounts), aggregates and indicators, as well as the relationship between them. There are some problems and difficulties of making SEEA that are discussed in the article.
