MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany
Abstract:
The paper is dedicated to exploration and appliance of duality principle in firm behavior. The duality of firm’s behavior in contrast to non-vector one is stated; based on this approach the exploration of firm’s activity taking into account the targets and tools of their achievement, which are sometimes the opposed is suggested. The company model, containing notably the indicator of objective quality of output, is proposed, and also the model of interaction of “principal – agent” type. It’s shown that this given models can be used to analyze certain problems at levels of running of the organization, “company – state” and “company – market” types of relationship.
