Abstract: The monograph is devoted to the history of foreign trade relations of the countries of South-East Asia during the XVIII–XIX centuries.Special attention is paid to the foreign trade interests of the Russian Empire in the region of East in the period under review.The text is illustrated with pre-revolutionary photographs and drawings extracted from domestic and foreign sources. Many of them published for the first time, decades later.
