Abstract: Objective: to study the influence of culture parameters on modernization processes in the agrarian sector of the economy. Object: modernization processes in society, the parameters of culture, social capital, the structure of transaction costs. The work contains recommendations to the business community, government and self-government bodies on regulation of modernization processes, institutional development.
