EFFECT OF STYLES OF LEADERSHIP AND MOTIVATION TO EMPLOYEE PERFORMANCE

Abstract: Employee performance is the result of a person or the overall success rate for a certain period in the task. This study aimed to determine the effect of leadership styles and motivation on employee performance and development business unit of PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja. Sample in this study amounted to 89 people. This study analyzes using multiple regression, using SPSS 20 program. The results showed Influence leadership style of work on employee performance with 9.389 t-test and the effect of motivation on employee performance, can be interpreted based on the statistical t-test probability, by t-test 1,980 and sig. by 0051, which means that the variable force and motivation kempemimpinan partially positive and significant impact on employee performance, and the influence of leadership styles and motivation variables simultaneously, to variable performance of employees in the Business Unit PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja, obtained sig. (p-value) of 0000 and the Fcount = 174.134. Leadership style has pegaruh dominant work on employee performance in Employee Business Unit PT. Perkebunan Mitra Ogan Baturaja.dengan t-test 9.389 and sig. of 0000 is compared with the motivation on employee performance with t count 1,980 and sig. by 0051.
