L’attuazione delle misure paesaggistiche nella politica di sviluppo rurale del Veneto

The implementation of landscape measures in Veneto's rural development policy

Antonio De Pin ()

MPRA Paper from University Library of Munich, Germany

Abstract: The objective of analyzing the incentive system for the agricultural landscape function of the Veneto Rural Development Plan is accompanied by the evaluation case, in appreciating the effectiveness of the proposed interventions, comparing its actual implementation with the dictation of programmers. The achievement of the landscaping objectives is not only in the architectural incentive measures, but also in the implementation methods achieved, where the fulfillment of the evaluation function is functional to the address of future actions, the integration of rural development measures. The recognition of the interventions in the Veneto Rural Development Plan allows for an in-depth study of agri-environmental actions that take specific landscape features. The study was intended to investigate the ability to adapt to the territorial and structural specificities of potential beneficiaries in a more in-depth identification of previous agri-environmental interventions (Reg. 2078/92). This allows you to delineate the evolutionary path that is being configured, depending on the future articulation of the measures, to make them more appropriate than the emerging instances of farmers' responses to the tools provided and the multifunctional objectives.
