Abstract:
This book aims to discover the main techniques of data analysis through numerous examples and application exercises. It is intended for students of Bachelor, Master or Doctorate in Marketing and Management of Business Schools and Management. It is organized around the key steps of a data analysis: the definition of the problem, the description of the data, the writing of the questionnaire and the choice of the sample, in order to carry out the tests appropriate to the nature of the collected data. and the objectives of the study. The book includes several illustrative examples and applications on descriptive statistics, non-parametric tests, principal component analysis and factorial correspondence analysis.
