Abstract: Polish Abstract: Istotą projektu była szczegółowa analiza kluczowego sektora województwa podlaskiego, uwzględniająca dane z rynku pracy charakterystyczne dla sektora handlu - Sekcja G (PKD 2007). Raport ma stanowić narzędzie pomocnicze w podejmowaniu decyzji strategicznych, taktycznych i operacyjnych dla: przedsiębiorstw, instytucji powiązanych z danym sektorem i rynkiem pracy, władz regionalnych. Wybór sektora do badania został przeprowadzony przez Zamawiającego z uwzględnieniem takich parametrów, jak: wielkość zatrudnienia w sektorze, wielkość produkcji na jednego zatrudnionego, rentowność, udział w produkcji ogółem produkcji dóbr i usług przeznaczonych na eksport, i wykazuje zgodność z zapisami Strategii Rozwoju Województwa Podlaskiego do 2020 r. English Abstract: The essence of the project was a detailed analysis of the key sector of the Podlaskie Voivodeship, taking into account data from the labor market characteristic of the trade sector - Section G (PKD 2007). The report is to be an auxiliary tool in making strategic, tactical and operational decisions for: enterprises, institutions related to a given sector and the labor market, regional authorities. The selection of the sector for the study was carried out by the Employer, taking into account such parameters as: employment in the sector, production per employee, profitability, share in the total production of goods and services for export, and shows compliance with the provisions of the Podlaskie Voivodeship Development Strategy for 2020
