Abstract: Logistics, today, is considered one of the most coveted disciplines within the companies. Actually, thanks to productivity profits it realizes at the company level as well as on the interfaces level throughout the supply chain, logistics has amply deserved the strategic dimension it enjoys within diverse organizations. The measurement and the logistic performance evaluation conducted within companies and the company’s circuit constitutes one of the most important means to maintain and develop the capacity of the organizations in satisfying their customer’s needs and requirements together with their own objectives. The raised problems in this work relate to the logistic audit step and its adaptation to the specificities of the Moroccan company. The results obtained are inherent with the identification of the logistic dysfunctions and the initiation of an action plan with dimensions and the development of a logistic audit tool inspired by the international reference framework and adapted to the needs for the Moroccan company of the other.
