RISK ANALYSIS OF FINANCING MUSYARAKAH SHARIA FINANCIAL INSTITUTIONS

Abstract:
In any financing there must be a risk that arises as a result of failure by a counterparty to fulfill its obligations. At commercial banks, the financing referred to loans, while in Islamic banks are called estab-financing, while for the remuneration given or received at commercial banks in the form of interest (interest loan or deposit) within a specified percentage before her. Islamic bank, measured by the level of remuneration for the results of the business system. In addition, the credit application requirements more stringent Islamic banking from banking Convent-sional so that the credit risk of Islamic banking is smaller than conventional banking. it can be said that the risk of Musharaka financing in Islamic financial institutions is a normal considering that in any business whatsoever and wherever there is definitely potential risks. However, the occurrence of certain risks that can confront can be dealt with in various ways. For example, the risk was immediately faced with how to prepare to prepare for the possibilities that occur, or by transferring the majority of dependents through insurance agencies. The same thing can be found in the risk of Musharaka financing in Islamic financial institutions. Therefore, the management of such risks is important. Similarly, risk control musyarakat financing to credit risk and risk operasilan on Islamic financial institutions should be a concern for the managers of the financial institutions.
