Knowledge management in economic security system of agricultural holding

Abstract: Purpose. Generalization, systematization and further development of regulations in knowledge risk management (KRM) – a new multidisciplinary research area that provides a solution to the problems associated with traditional methods of risk management. Methodology of research. In research process methods of systematization, analysis and synthesis were used to study the mutual influence off knowledge and risk management based on domestic and foreign publications; graphic method – to summarize the knowledge types needed to ensure economic security and their visual presentation. Findings. There was substantiated the term of knowledge management in economic security system as a set of administrative processes, procedures, functions, techniques, methods, means, software and technological tools that facilitate timely access of the economic security system to the necessary knowledge, information and data to protect against destructive action of external and internal environment.threats. It was revealed that knowledge is not a panacea; it is only the potential opportunity for the formation and functioning of an effective economic security system. Only effective knowledge management implements their potential for protection. It was determined that the main goal of knowledge management in the context of guaranteeing economic security is to gain knowledge when needed and successfully apply them to neutralize the impact of hazards, risks, threats. Originality. For the first time it was presented graphical interpretation of knowledge in the system of economic security in the form of model; two areas of research were combined – risk management and knowledge management; paper summarizes previous researches. Practical value. Scientific paper is devoted to the study of economic security and knowledge management in their relationship. Knowledge management was researched in the context of guaranteeing enterprise economic security, the importance of this type of management in system of economic security was proved, procedures and knowledge management technologies were classified that provide competitive advantage and boost efficiency.
