Abstract:
The prospect of the development of Shariah Credit Unions (KSPS) in Indonesia seems more convincing, however, there are still many people who do not use the services KSPS, even many who prefer Sharia banking services. In general mean organizer of KSPS feel difficulty at the time of offering deposit fund gathering product of Mudarabah to society. They almost always fail to give satisfying letter when member candidate raises a question concerning sharing holder to be got when its fund in a deposit of Mudarabah. Quality of service trusted to have a characteristic which same a self-portrait in influencing a decision of purchasing, quality of service can stimulate purchasing from one company. Therefore, the innovation gap KSPS should seek to take advantage of new markets and survive the competition is increasingly high. And the need to continue to strive to make products that are in demand by the public and can survive in the market. Application of the profit sharing ratio and fair as well as improved quality of care is one of the marketing strategies.
