Abstract:
In our work, we suggest to test and verify a central hypothesis which states that there is a positive link between the social climate of a Moroccan company (Small and Medium-Sized Enterprise) and its ability to achieve an organizational performance. The demonstration was led within an industrial company as a case study which conducted through an investigation in order to confirm the dependence of the two concepts quoted in the scientific literature dedicated to this subject.
