Necessity of improvement of the normative regulation related to the academic staff in the Republic of Bulgaria

Abstract: The report examines the actual normative regulation in the Development of Academic Staff in the Republic of Bulgaria Act. On basis of the analysis and retrospection of former solutions the authors make conclusions about the problems in its application and motivate the necessity of actualization of the regulation.
