Control for complying with the order for conducting public procurement in the Republic of Bulgaria

Abstract: The report analyses the control for complying with the Public procurement act at awarding of the procedures. The accent is on the types of control and the authorities, which realize the control. Based on the retrospective analysis the authors mark the new moments of the control in consideration of the proper interpretation and application.
