The financial rights of women in Islam

Abstract:
The study deals with an analysis of the total financial and economic status of women in Islam, regardless of their positions, such as being a wife, a mother or a daughter. The research highlights the position of women in Islam compared to their counterparts under some other statutes to highlight the role of Islam in achieving fairness to women in our time. One of the topics treated in the paper is the financial rights of a married or unmarried woman, her inheritance, her dowry, her salary if she is an employee, her legal right to conducts financial deals and manage financial institutions. The research combines the critical intellectual discourse and the philosophical discourse of the various economic issues of women.
