Abstract: В статье рассматриваются особенности систем мотивации работников на промышленном предприятии. На базе рассмотренной характеристики сделаны выводы о целесообразности соединения существующих систем мотивации на промышленных предприятиях. The article discusses the features of employee motivation systems an industrial enterprise. On the basis of the considered characteristics, conclusions are drawn on the expediency of combining the existing motivation systems in industrial enterprises.
