On the importance of the employment record book and the need for new regulatory decisions

Abstract: Рeзюмe В доклада сe изслeдват актуалнитe законодатeлни предложения за промeни в националната нормативна уредба на трудовата книжка. Изяснява се значимостта на този официален документ и се анализират основните насоки в предложените изменения на подзаконовата нормативна уредба. На база на изследването се правят изводи, обобщения и препоръки. Abstract The paper examines the current legislative proposals for changes in the national regulation of the employment record book. The importance of this official document is clarified and the main directions in the proposed amendments to the regulations are analyzed. Based on the research, conclusions, summaries and recommendations are made.
