Abstract:
Establishing an ecosystem of knowledge-based production and export in Azerbaijan in the post oil era may be one of the alternatives to reducing Azerbaijan's dependence on oil revenues. This article analyzes the models of the US, Israel and the Republic of Korea for the creation of an ecosystem of knowledge-based product production and export in Azerbaijan and prepares proposals for Azerbaijan. The aim is to identify the factors that make the ecosystem successful in the mentioned countries and to make suggestions for building a successful ecosystem for Azerbaijan
