Abstract:
The volatility and uncertainty of economic growth in Africa has sparked renewed interest in promoting it through central banks. African economies are characterized, on the one hand, by super-dependence on basic products and, on the other hand, by non-resilience to global risks. This fact leads to a rethinking of the major challenges facing central banks in promoting growth towards its potential level and sustaining it in a sustainable manner
