Abstract:
This study is an instructive tool in the preparation and appraisal of Irrigation projects, supplements the Public Investment Management Guidelines (PIM Guidelines) and the Public Investment Management Manual (PIM Manual). It is designed to aid public officials working within the irrigation sector especially those responsible for the planning, appraisal, development, selection, budgeting, and implementation of Irrigation projects.
