Abstract:
Comment expliquer l’augmentation des créations d’entreprises ? Le profit ? L’innovation technologique ? How to explain entrepreneurial dynamism? Profit ? Technological innovation? A large part of the population faces unemployement. Economic crisis and the crisis of the Social State, public policies mainly consider entrepreneurship as a solution to unemployment and to poverty: administrative simplifications, financial and material supports… The entrepreneur’s Resource Potential (combination of knowledge, financial ressources and social relations) is determining.
