Abstract:
La mondialisation ne doit pas nous faire oublier les échecs du développement. Les erreurs commises doivent devenir sources d’apprentissage. En premier lieu, la prise en compte du territoire comme « espace habité » nous permet de mieux intégrer dans la nouvelle théorie du développement les spécificités des sociétés concernées : leur mémoire et leurs propres savoirs. Globalisation should not make us forget the failures of the development. The made errors must become sources of training. Initially, the taking into account of the territory as "inhabited space" enables us to better integrate in the new theory of the development specificities of the companies concerned: their memory and their own knowledge.
