Abstract: La investigación pretende evaluar las grandes tendencias internacionales de la evolución del empleo asalariado en el sector industrial, manufacturero, a partir de los datos de La Organización Internacional del Trabajo OIT, en el período de 1985-2007; a fin de demostrar que pese a las grandes diferencias entre los niveles de desarrollo de los países, las modalidades del empleo se acercan a la precariedad, manifestada en: trabajo eventual, tiempo parcial, por horas, y otros. El segundo objetivo constituye el análisis de las empresas asiáticas maquiladoras instaladas en Yucatán México, basada en la competencia que se endurece cada vez con mayor celeridad entre los trabajadores de estas factorías en México y China. The research expects evaluate the large international trends of evolution of wage-earnings jobs in industrial manufacture sector from data of International Labour Organization ILO, in the 1985- 2007 period, in order to prove that despite of the big differences among the development level of the countries; the employment modalities bring near precarization showed in temporary job, part time job, hours job and others. The second objective is the analysis of Asiatic maquiladoras firms installed in Yucatan Mexico, based in the competition that is hardening with more rapidity between the workers of these factories in Mexico y China.
