Abstract:
This article aims to identify organizational characteristics of the current start-up ICT because, as enterprises whose emergence is involved in a context of ruptures, they can reveal new proposals for the organization of work and employment. How do these companies that have been shaken up by a violent crisis when the Internet bubble burst between 2000 and 2001 still work? What are the characteristics of those companies? What is left of them? The methodology in place uses the idealtype Weber, heuristic tool whose purpose is to establish a milestone, a credible benchmark to simplify and understand complex phenomena. The research consisted of a comparison between an idealtype ICT start-up ante-bubble (before the Internet bubble burst) and a idealtype ICT start-up post-bubble (after the Internet bubble burst). We have thus identified some converging characteristics (ie: business strategy, type of structure, culture, leadership style…) and other divergent (financing, size of business, individuals relationship / work…)
