Abstract: The present paper analyses the Islamic Financial Instruments used by two important units of the IDB viz. The IDB Islamic Banks Portfolio (IBP) and the IDB Unit Investment Fund (UIF). It investigates the patterns adopted by IBP and UIF in projects selected for funding.
