Abstract: يهدف الكتاب إلى ضم ما كتب عن المالية العامة في مجلد واحد ليسهل الوصول إليه، ويمكن أن يكون كتابا دراسيا في الجامعات، ويفيد أيضا طلاب السياسة العامة والعاملين في مؤسسات التعليم العالي والمؤسسات ذات الصلة بالقطاع العام، ويحتوي على نصوص باللغة العربية والإنجليزية لأربعة عشر من العلماء البارزين كتبوا في هذا المجال وقد شملت المختارات المهام والمؤسسات المالية ونظرية السياسة المالية والتطبيقات المعاصرة.
