Abstract: 본 연구는 우리 정부가 추진하고 있는 혁신성장 정책에 초점을 맞춰 미국, 유럽, 일본의 혁신성장 정책 추진 현황을 분석하고 정책적 시사점을 도출하는 데 목적이 있다. 우선 미국, 유럽, 일본과 같은 주요국의 혁신성장 패러다임의 특징을 분석함으로써 우리 정부의 혁신성장 패러다임에 대한 시사점을 도출하였다. 이어 4차 산업혁명 관련 주요 분야 중 스마트팩토리, 창업생태계(스타트업), 핀테크와 같은 3가지 분야를 선정하고, 우리 정부와 주요국 정부의 정책을 비교ㆍ분석하여 보다 구체적인 정책적 제언을 제공하는 것에 초점을 맞췄다. The purpose of this study is to analyze innovation growth policies in the United States, Europe, and Japan, and to draw policy implications for Korea. Accordingly, the report analyzes the characteristics of innovation growth paradigms and three important sectors of the 4th Industrial Revolution (smart factories, start-up ecosystems, and fintech).
