Abstract: 노동소득분배율 저하가 글로벌 현상으로 인식되고 있다. 이러한 추세가 기 업 소유주인 자본가와 노동공급자인 가계 사이의 소득불평등 심화를 가져오고 또한 소비의 원동력인 가계소득 저하로 이어지면서 성장잠재력을 저해한다는 우려도 제기된다. 한편 노동소득분배율 개선을 통해 문제를 해결하려는 정책적 시도도 계속되고 있다. 본 연구는 주요 지표로 인식되는 노동소득분배율에 대한 이해를 높이기 위해 변화의 요인을 탐색하고, 그 요인들이 거시경제와 사회적 후생에 미치는 영향을 분석함으로써 경제 여건에 따라 다양한 해석과 정책적 대안이 가능함을 보인다. The decline in labor share is recognized as a global phenomenon. Concerns have been raised that this trend will exacerbate the income inequality between business owners as capitalists and households as the labor suppliers, prompting a decline in household income and consumption, which are major driving forces for sustainable growth. Meanwhile, various policy measures have been introduced to raise the labor share, with the aim of correcting inequality and boosting growth. This study explores the determinants of labor share and analyzes the effects of these factors on the economy and social welfare, offering various interpretations and policy alternatives according to economic conditions.
