Risk as the waiting room of the crisis and IMF umbrella of protection

Abstract: Economic crisis is the result of complex factors, which mainly include: errors of monetary policy, prudent policies to push the losses to banks contributors, legislative measures that affect the stability of the banking system by the accumulation of bad assets. To ensure a better functioning market requires higher standards of good administration and transparency in the decision process. Opacity and lack of responsibility is a fundamental problem of many private institutions. Many countries have used primarily tax solutions for global exit from the crisis, or have turned to the IMF umbrella of protection. Economic crisis will have positive effects by maturation of the Romanian economy, which includes: increasing the quality of services, restructuring the economy, consumer empowerment, prices rearrangement, government policy discipline, professionalizing business management.
