Abstract: Restructuring involves bringing an activity changes related to how a company creates value and delivers the value in the form of market products or services. Determining the degree and concentration of such changes, and the implement of necessary actions to manage these changes is a difficult task that involves certain risks. As a result, the restructuring is a serious commitment to be led in a most fair, demanding, at the outset, involvement of the management company and any other interested parties. As evidence of this employment, business management, regardless of the financial situation of these companies should organize and operate on a program of systematic analysis, starting from "zero basis" of values, generated by each activity from the concerned enterprises. In general this is performed during the process of drafting the business plan and budget allocation. However, unforeseen changes that characterize the economy in general and, especially changes in competition which is subject to a market, lead to the idea that such an assessment must be carried out frequently.
