Abstract:
Due to shape the organization of energy operators (components of the Kings or the National Companies) and form of public ownership of existing facilities in the past in Romania, investments were the preserve of the state budget or the budget kings or National Company. With the emergence of market competition (electricity market was partially opened) of plants and independent power producers (IPP) and the change of ownership of generation capacity, transmission and distribution (National Company of the stock companies), the financing of investment can diversify. In this paper shows the main sources of funding for which an operator market for heat and power producers have access for installation of new production capacity.
