Abstract: The economic development can’t be achieved without increasing the energy efficiency. Thus will be insured the uncoupling of energetic resources consumption increase by the economic growth. By reducing energy consumption the economic efficiency increase, also a better environment protection and a reduction of consumption and import off energy resources.The solution presented in this paper shows a large number of programs which offer a great deal of information about the quality and quantity of the consumed electric energy.
